You understand that PCs and their operation is sometimes complex and sometimes PCs can have issues running some software.   You also you agree software is never perfect in every way and so the following applies to purchases of Over Flanders Fields Between Heaven and Hell :

1. Refunds will only be given if the product is returned in its original delivery package unopened within 14 days of delivery.  (In this case you may of course put the original package inside another package to allow proper delivery).

2. If the product is returned opened, but works as advertised within reason, NO refund will be given.

DVDs that arrive in a faulty state will of course be replaced.
