Here's a few forum posts and comments from
past and present thanks to the people who made these comments :
"I
can only further echo the words of CAS141 in saying "Best
sim I have ever flown"
This aint a sweeping statement I assure you!
The sim just captures the 'feel' of flying a Stick and
string biplane against other crates!
Only once before has any WW1 sim captured the feel of early
air combat...and that was the late and great RedBaron3d!"
- WidowmakerUK
"This is by far the best WWI sim ever made!
I too have fond memories of climbing into the old 80's Red Baron
video game and ku'chuncking a quarter into it so that I could
fly against the Red Baron!
It has been years since I had played that game but the setup of
it and the enjoyment that it had given me to play it has
been a kind of sounding board for all other sims since and this
one is truly the only one that has met all of my expectations!
Incredible!
- Markimus
"Having played this now for some two weeks. Got prompt answers to questions
etc can stand back and think objectively.
This is the nearest that any body has ever got to being 'there'. Its atmosphere,
immersion and detail is first rate and there is more to come!
Well done to all of you.....I am surprised you haven't got a major publisher
banging on the door!"
